An enchanted augments which can be weared or accchieved through perk progress

Adds five types of augment in two ways to be used :
1. They can be crafted and worn as jewelry,if you have neccessery ingridients.They have no worn restriction and aro not qualified as
weapon,jewelry or armor,so you can equip all five,though the inventory will recognize them as jewelry.
Following augments :
Augment : Eyes - enables night vision
Augment : Scholar - increased magicka regeneration and speechcraft
Augment : Lungs - poison resistance and waterbreathing
Augment : Limbs - reduced falling damage
Augment : Legs - muffled movement
Augment : Financial which raises your selling prices by 30%-
2. They can also be obtained through the perks advancement in the light armor skill tree,where helmet is excluded from armor set as condition also.
Enhanced Eyes - See items names and values
Lungs -poison resistant and waterbreatheng
Cloak - fire resistant
Limbs Augmented -reduced falling damage
Legs Augmented -Muffled movement
Scholar - speechcraft and magicka reg.
Alarm - Alerts you when enemy crosses 100 ft perimetar
Soak - Armor rating icnreased by 25 pts.
Fortifiy Speed - you move 20% faster
Negate MAgic -10% more resistance to magic
Advanced Soak - tako 30% less damage from power attacks and bashes
