What a shame it doesn't work with the Steam version which I currently have - I was really hoping to get some nice home mods to show off for this game:( Same btw, do the quest, pick up key, go to house - door just opens and closes with no ability to get in.
I have the same problem. It worked like a charm up until 1.5.6 but the newest Enderal update broke many of my player-houses (I couldn't load my old savegames with my player-homes loaded and had to start new).
I've tested myself in a new save and it seems to work just fine for me, the key being in the quest strongbox. Of course I'm using the old launcher and not the steam version, so that might be why.
Fwiw, here are some unresolvable formid's in Forgotten Stories
Mod ID-> Missing Enderal ID xx00319B -> 0008D990 base, Door back to Vyn xx003198 -> 0008D990 teleport location xx0031d7 -> 000CC526 ? xx005a7d -> 0010DE3D ?
Using xedit, I was able to resolve the crash issue and get the outside door to work, but not the internal door (does not even show up). I just picked some likely entries for the missing ones.
There are also missing elements in the navigation mesh, but I get to the point of seeing if that was the issue.
This is one of my favorite player houses in Enderal or Skyrim. Conveniently placed, great look, cozy and compact, and part of the immersive and lovely world of Enderal!
It looks great. Amazing work as usual, with that Cyrodilic feeling, arcs and glass windows, that are characteristic of works by Clefj. Too bad it's for Enderal which I don't use ^^;
