Looks like a large ship from a foreign land has gotten stuck in the Windhelm dock yard. The winter ice is here and seems like this boat will be stuck for  some time. 


Here is the Redania ship from Witcher 2 in skyrim, as ported by me. Has full custom collision. Should  be compatible with everything apart from 
East Imperial Trading Company, Quest *japhet's folly, disable this mod when doing that one.. More of a modders resource but I  think it looks good in game to lighten up the scenery.

If you do use it for something else I suggest resizing it in the creation kit, the default model is a bit small.
