My friend hates dawnguard, so i made a quick savegame with that questline completed. Other than that, no content has been done - you're in Helgen, right at the point when your bindings have been cut. No skills have been raised, and you're still level 1.

I didn't loot many things in the course of completing dawnguard - just Vyrthur & Harkon. The loot from both is in the chest in harkons room in castle Volkihar.

No mods used beyond the official DLC & high res texture packs.
