Changes the vanilla weather so that it is always raining. Raining in snow areas occurs since you can easily walk between environments.
Exact weather changes:
Clear Skies: Drizzle
Cloudy Skies: Stormy rain with thunder sounds.
Fog: Drizzle
Stormy Rain: Not changed from Vanilla.
Mod can be combined with Rain altering mods for a unique Skyirm experience.
