I marked this option just in case. I am not able to verify that the mod works on standard edition without DLC, I do not know anyone who would have this edition to check. It should work on a standard version but I do not have that certainty – you have to check it yourself.
@nazg2001: If you want a fast way to check it, just open the file in TES5Edit, right click on the name of the esp, and select 'Clean Masters' it will remove masters that are not needed. This mod should only require Skyrim as no books are placed in any DLC areas.
Thanks for the reply, I have no idea about DLC, or it's assets, I will treat myself to the DLC's this Christmas, and catch up with the pack! :D But sure, I will give this a go, the mod looks to be a fine one :)
