This small patch fixes issues in the Winking Skeever when Undeath and Skyrim Radioactive Glorified - Interiors Compilation are used together.

Fixes:

Puts back a section of wall in the cellar that Undeath removes
Restores a few statics removed by Undeath
Restores the Solitude Sewers entrance in the cellar
