Can't seem to purchase Breezehome at all with this mod installed on a new save file. Disabling the mod, buying breezehome and re-enabling it seems to does the trick.
I also can't buy the storage room from either Proventus or Aldor and the level does not work for me as well. Nice mod though and it fixes the weird bug from Hearthfire.
Was able to purchase the upgrade from Proventus, but it just gave me an empty storage room (cobwebs, clutter, etc).
Uninstalled & downloaded from Steam Workshop, and went to Aldor - was able to purchase the upgrade from him, and when I went back to Breezehome, the storage room was completely furnished. Not sure why the difference between Nexus & Workshop. Either way, love the expansion to Breezehome. Thanks!

As far as I'm aware there isnt a way to activate it through the console. I've tried to activate using the editor form id's for the decoration xmarkers but nothing I tried worked. sorry.
Hi Savan12986! Thank you for this awesome mod! I have one problem with version 2.2 : I can't purchase the storage room, and the fail-safe isn't working. Is it possible to use the console to unlock the storage room? Thank you for your support!
Savan12986, I had previously installed the mod via the Steam Workshop. I unninstalled it, and get the one here from Nexus, and no deal. After some mess with the console and no candy, I revert to the workshop file and... bang. Working flawlessly. The problem I zeroed in is the money trigger not working. At least in the Nexus File. In the Workshop, it goes well.
Seeing it's working, I endorsed the file and I'll recomend it to everyone playing.
