Vampires won't attack you anymore if you are a vampire yourself.
I mean come on why would they attack one of their own? Vigilants of of stendarr, on the other hand, will be hostile towards you.
This mod doesn't prevent draugr, wolves and others from attacking you either - only the vampires' behavior is affected.

Should be compatible with pretty much everything. Definitely is compatible with Better Vampires.

Version 1.1 changes:
-Improved stability: vampires should now consistently remain non-hostile even when you're fighting their other allies
-Improved compatibility: most of the changes are now made via the script; the esp file no longer modifies vanilla assets
-Minor script optimization
