I said in a previous comment that I can't load up saves. And now I can't even load up Skyrim itself. So there's no way I'm going to be able to provide screenshots or pictures at the current moment.

Haha, I originally came just to post the comment, "I wonder if killing that damned toaster as a woman will be any more pleasurable", but then I saw your reply. I'm not hahaing at your horrible situation, just at the notion that giving the toaster a sex change did it.
What's happening with your game? Does it even start after the splash screen? Does it give you options for loading or continuing? Also, when it was starting, were your saved games in exteriors like the outdoor areas of Windhelm, or in a Skyrim exterior?
After the BGS logo goes (which I deleted because it's too long and it doesn't even help) it shows the splash screen for like one sec and then exits. Also I've tried removing all mods I downloaded or created since I got the problem but it still doesn't fix anything.
The few times I've had that happen were when someone failed to mention that SKSE was a requirement for their mod. RealShelters update 1.3 did it to me. It wasn't until much later that SKSE was finally listed as a requirement. I still can't go to Solsthiem to this day because of it.
If it first started with a saved game that wouldn't load, then moved on to hose the entire game, the only other thing that can do that is a messed up mesh. Did you recently install a mod with a custom skeleton in it? Or did you recently replace any skeletons for you, your followers or NPCs?
Nope, also I have SKSE installed so I don't think that could be a problem. Also the few times the game would actually give me the continue option and load option I tested multiple saves and they all crashed.
Edit: I think Beasts of Tamriel adds some custom skeletons for the monsters in it but it shouldn't effect NPCs or the PC.
