Updates the stats to more closely reflect MLU's changes. Also prevents the levelled lists from populating at the start of the game. While this file is outdated, I'm leaving it here for those who don't want spell weapons to appear in the levelled lists at all. Be aware that this will render some enchantments unobtainable.

Updates the levelled lists and stats to more closely reflect MLU's changes. Fortunately, the original mod already adds several items to the worldspace. You may also craft them yourself after learning the relevant enchantment, if that's what you prefer.
