Greetings! Alas, my first mod.  Skyrim has been out for ages, and I've always been looking for an in-depth male follower.  Lurio is not in-depth, not yet at least.  For now, I've gotten the basics of a fully functional standalone follower.  In my spare time I will work toward advancing this follower to be fully custom voiced with quests and perhaps some other stuff.  If you enjoy please leave an endorsement.  Any and all feedback is also appreciated.

About the Follower


Axius is a Spellsword (1H and Magic) character taken after one of my playthroughs.  Lurio will level with the player as you venture through the province of Skyrim.  For convenience to stealth players, Lurio will not engage combat directly and instead will back the player up at any given moment.  You can, of course, always tell him to kill someone.

Visit the Hall of the Dead in Solitude.  Lurio will be waiting for you there.



UPDATE Notes Version 1.1

Armor, weapons, and stealth have been updated to improve follower capabilities and behavior.  While Lurio is designed as a Spellsword (Primary), he will now incorporate bow and arrow tactics into his strategy from time to time.  Shadowed Arrows are now craftable so you can replenish his ammunition.



UPDATE Notes Version 1.2

Added enchantments to weapons and armor.  Designed and implemented several custom spells into Lurio's arsenal.  Custom spells are considered fire damage.  Tested to ensure balanced capabilities and spell usage across levels 1, 25, 50, 75, and 100 on Legendary.

Custom Spells Added:  Summon Shade (Novice Conjuration), Vivacity (Novice Destruction), Spirit Wave (Apprentice Destruction), Spirit Blast (Adept Destruction), Expel Lifeforce (Expert Destruction), Summon Soul (Expert Conjuration)

If you feel Lurio is overpowered, please let me know as I want to ensure balance and challenging gameplay.


Other News

Update 1.2 is the final update before I start ripping Lurio's system apart to implement a new disposition system, questline and his voice dialogue.
