Removes all the built in instant potions (I.E. minor potion of stamina)

Removes all the built in instant potions (I.E. minor potion of stamina) from the game, effectively removing the best option for stamina/health/magicka regeneration.
Note: As I do not have the patience to go through all the dungeons removing health potion spawns, you will see a large abundance of health fortifying potions (ones that boost your total health)
Version 0.2 removes alchemy effects for instant regeneration. If you still want to craft your own instant potions, download version 0.1
