This will simply delay the cart from moving for a set time, giving mods room to load without bugging the cart scene.

The Unbound quest is filled with scripts, it's probably the most heavily scripted quest in the game. The cart scene sometimes bugs out in a vanilla game, let alone in a heavily modded game with hundreds of new scripts loading when you start the game.
This mod simply delays the cart from moving for 60 seconds (or 120 seconds, you choose), giving more than enough time for mods to load and for you to configure their MCM menus if you want.
There are 2 versions of this mod :
1 minute delay : Optimal for the majority of players.
2 minutes delay : Use this if you have well over 200 mods, or if you just want to be sure!
Disclaimer: This is not an overall "fix" for all cart problems, as the cart flipping out could be caused by multiple things, one of those is loading too many scripts at the same time! This mod only fixes that! It sorta pauses the game until all mods are loaded! That's it! If this mod doesn't solve your problem, then it's probably not caused due to "too many mods".
