About this mod
This is a text file which changes certain actor values to a very high, but non-OP number, such as weapons speed, recovery rate of health, stamina, magicka, all resistances, sets shout recovery to 0, weapon's damage multiplier etc.

This is a text file which changes certain actor values to a very high, but non-OP number, such as weapons speed, recovery rate of health, stamina, magicka, all resistances, sets shout recovery to 0, weapon's damage multiplier etc. It also includes all vanilla perks, without levelling the skill.
Instructions
1) Download the file
2) Place it in the Skyrim main folder, (not Data, e.g C:/Program Files/ Skyrim Main folder)
3) Open Skyrim, and press console key, and type bat av
4) Et voila, every thing is all set.
No other mod requirements and clashes
