A simple fix to make Rune Scrolls behave the same way as the original Rune spells.

Description
Rune Scrolls in Skyrim have a really annoying bug (maybe it's intentional but I don't know) where when you cast it, sometimes it won't damage the target even though it explodes.
I fixed this by looking at the values of the spell Fire Rune and changing the Scroll's Area of Effect Ignores LOS to the same value (which is checked).
Now you can proceed to enjoy spamming your 100 Scrolls of Fire Runes you hoarder you~

Installation
Just copy the .esp to your data folder and activate it in your load order.

Just remove the .esp from your data folder.
