Adds Gnarls from the Shivering Isles for you to summon, which can also be found as rare encounters in Skyrim. Also includes an Amber Warhammer and a new book.

One academic suggested that Gnarl are born full-formed from trees that are struck by lightning. In recent years there have been rumors of smiths that are able to use the amber sap extracted from Gnarl to make sturdy armor and weapons."

This mod adds Gnarls to Skyrim as rare encounters, formerly simple trees brought to life by the unpredictable maddening lightning of Sheogorath. The mod even adds a unique spell that causes gnarls to grow when struck by magic, a recreation of their ability from TESIV. You may also summon them with a special rare spellbook with the details on how to acquire said book being listed below. You may also hunt these rare creatures for their rare amber drop, to forge an Amber Warhammer just like those one would find in the Shivering Isles.

Acquiring the Gnarl Conjuration Spell

You may find the book to unlock this spell during the Daedric quest, The Mind of Madness in the mind of Pelagius the Mad where it is carefully hidden. But if you're the lazy type who wants things quickly, then the book is in the area where you help Pelagius overcome his anger issues. It should be lying atop some roots of the tallest tree along with a special extra book.
If you already did that quest, you can still find the books in the abandoned wing of the Blue Palace where they are hidden amongst the clutter. If you're once again feeling lazy, just look on top of the crate in the dining area and in one of the potted plants...
