I didn't see a mod that provided only bat files for the tomes, so here you go. I did just the tomes in one file (all), then for those who only wish a specific school, I included a bat file for each school.

1. Put the file in your Skyrim TESV.exe  directory. Somwhere around C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\. Do not put it in your data, just right inside the skyrim folder. 

2: Press tilde (~) to open console

3: Type "bat Spelltomes" without quotes for all books

Conjuration- "bat ConjurSpellTomes"
Alteration - "bat AlterSPellTomes"
Destruction - "bat destructSpellTomes"
Illusion - "bat IllusionSpellTomes"
Restoration - "bat RestorSpellTomes"


Dont use NMM, just manually install, drag and drop
