A minimalist player home located inside Beggars Row in Riften.
The key is sitting on Mercer Frey's desk inside the thieves guild.
Requires Hearthfires.

The home is meant for only a single character, so you cannot move in your spouse or children, however it is fully navmeshed.
Contains a manequin, weaponrack, A working bookshelf, tanning rack, grindstone, anvil, armor workbench, and cooking pot.

Should not conflict with anything, unless you have another mod that alters the interior of beggars row where the entrance is.

To to:
The training locks for lockpicking do not currently work the way I want them to.

I used the model from hearthfires craftable locks to create a "container" that could be locked. However, because of this they are somehow havok enabled. I set them not to havok settle, but if you bump them they will fall off the wall.

Also The button next to them does nothing, I intend for it to be able to reset the locks, but I need to figure out scripting or something to do this.

In the meantime the lock "containers" are set to respawn, so don't store anything in them.

If anyone can help out with these issues, please let me know in the comments page, I'll be happy to give credit.

Changelog:

V 1.2
-added more bookshelves, and changed the training locks to function as doors instead of containers. Also fixed the havok issue by creating a static lock and a seperate invisible "door" in front of it.
