This is a simple mod adds a special Thalmor equipment and a npc called Volarionion
Volarionion is a Thalmor Justiciar who went crazy now he roams Skyrim to and murders who ever is foolish enough to roam the wilds
of Skyrim alone.Excat reason why he went insane is unknown
Volarionio is level 25 so beware
All of the items are temperable.

Enchantment:Absorb Health(10p) and Soul Trap

Volarionion's Hooded Robes
Base Armor:37
Weight:9
Enchantment:Increase Stamina and Health(20p)

Volarionion's Gloves
Base Armor:9
Weight:4
Enchantment:One-handed damage increase(15%) and created potions are stronger(15%)

Volarionion's Boots
Base Armor:8
Weight:7
Enchantment:Sneaking is better(15%) and carrying capacity is increased(20p)
