Playable Wispmothers

This one has been in the works for a while now. This mod adds a spell (the "Polymorph Wispmother" spellbook bought from any court wizard you can find) that transforms you into a fully-functional wispmother, and allows you to revert back at any time.

The wispmother comes complete with her ice volley and frostbite spells, along with an invisible shield that allows you to block and an invisible dagger that lets you claw at enemies, or push them if you move forward and attack. Also, the wispmother casts with her right hand and attacks and blocks with her left  - make sure to hold down your cast button until the wispmother finishes her casting animations, as the windup can take some time. Like the werewolf and vampire lord, she's a third-person only transformation.

Now I probably don't need to say this, but guards and other civilized people won't take very kindly to you turning into an ethereal monster woman in front of them, and will try to kill you. You've been warned. However, other wispmothers and their wisps will have no problem with you.

The wisp summoning script summons wisps (above half health) and shades (below half health) every couple minutes if you don't currently have any wisps or shades following you. The wisps give you substantial buffs to your healing rate while in combat, as well as a passive frost cloak, so do your best to keep them alive to keep reaping those benefits.

The wisp summoning script can also be used for characters besides the player, so it is possible to create a Wispmother follower or summon that is able to spawn wisps and shades like the NPC version does.

Let me know in the comments if you have any issues with the mod.

Thanks again to Jackalhead for the Master Shape Shifter mod and the excellent tutorials, and foamyesque on the forums for helping me out when I hit a wall while trying to script the spawning function.
