This MOD is standalone.

Add Elf Healer, Natalia and her young sister Emilia.(Ability is the same.)
Natalia cure a player and the friend in the range using a heal shout for exclusive use of her.
She interval of the shout is set for 4 seconds.
It is not a high-performance healer because it is not script control.
Corresponds to both heavy armor and light armor.
Weapons are good at Mace and two-handed weapons.

This recovery function does not actively assist the player to detect and recover the physical strength of the player.
If you fight within the reach of recovery without getting too far away from her,
you will benefit from her recovery effect.

Because Natalia likes approaching fight, it is compatible with Dovahkiin of proximity preference.
It seems that if your Dovahkiin is a long-range attacker such as a bow or magic, it is hard to receive the benefit of her recovery.

Change "EnableMultipleWeathers=false"
