This is a script, you should put in the folder called scripts. Skyrim\Data\Scripts ... The script folder is inside the DATA folder. as Hadvar says: Nice and easy
problems:
If you've visited a site before you install this mod, nothing will change this location specifically. After installing the mod, look for a place never visited before.
