I really really like this mod. I needed a mod that would give vendors more money. I mean, the Dragonborn can make a potion that costs over 1000 gold, but no vendor can buy it? So I tried this one. No vendor ever has so much gold, and sometimes they just have the their regular amount (500 ish) but sometimes you visit one and they have over 1000 and once I met one who was carrying almost 2k gold. So you get a little surprise when you go to each one. Of course, I'm disappointed when Belethor has 1k and then go back to him later and he has less. But that's what makes this mod realistic and there's always an element of surprise when you visit each one.
Judging by the comments below, I suggest anyone looking for a working mercantile mod to keep looking as the author hasn't updated it in more than a year.
i have got to know, in the third picture for this mod page there is either an effect or spell called Magicka circle, does anyone know where it comes from? iv tryed doing alot of searching on nexus and turned up nothing...and my google foo has also failed me.
If you read all the way through the description, you'll see that Colette and Phinis can stock new spellbooks if both a profitability margin and their respective ritual spell quests are completed.
I don't notice anything so far playing with this mod. Things look just like they've done before. I've been selling things every 48 hours for a couple of weeks in the game and their cash looks the same. The mod is loaded and... well, not sure what to say. I guess I expected a little more out of this.
If you consider using this, read the above and also note... if you do install this mod and then remove it later, your savegame will constantly use pointers towards this mod that obviously won't work. Afaik it won't affect your savegame more than the log errors, hopefully.
i am unsure if it was this mod or not, but after installing this mod, belethor no longer sells or buys anything, his menu is empty, and a bit after uninstalling, he starting selling and buying again. is this a mod conflict, or is it a bug with this specific mod?, or maybe just a skyrim bug.
Just fyi I just installed this mod this week and have no problem selling to belethor. Perhaps you could start by checking your other merchant mods, and try loading this after them, or before them?

try out Richer Merchants, works perfectly.
Though I have no idea, if it's compatible with Dynamic Merchants, but will try it later.
Greetings,
Can you confirm?
