1. Backup sun textures in [SteamDir]\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data\textures\sky. 2. Put the archive content into the [SteamDir]\SteamApps\common\skyrim\ directory.
You can also use Nexus Mod Manager to install the mod.
Deinstallation
Delete the mod sun textures (from [SteamDir]\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data\textures\sky directory) and restore those backuped during the installation.
