The original drainspell bow has 25 charges, which will deplete within 2~3 shots, that is simply unacceptable. Therefore I have increased its charges from 25 to 500, thanks to this now the bow holds a reasonable charge.

Aside from the drainspell bow fix, I have also made another optional modification to the spectral draugr weapons that their charge will be infinite, similar to the ghost blade.

Activate only one of them, because they modifies the same values(drainspell bow)
