Description

Riverwood Hunting Cabin is a small project I have been wanting for a long time. I always felt that Riverwood was missing a player home and I thought that a log hunting cabin would be perfect. I used the RTFarmhouse02 mesh and retextured it with the stone walls and wood of the houses in Riverwood to fit in with the surrounding buildings. Next, I added a scripted purchasing system based on <DarkFox127's> Creation Kit tutorials on activators. Check them out if you are interested in creating for yourself.
The cabin is located just outside Riverwood, across the bridge out of town, or you can access the area by crossing an added bridge near the area where you meet Hod and Gerdur, if you follow Ralof out of Helgen. Just off the main road, there is a sign post where you would purchase the property and obtain the keys to the gatge and cabin for 2800 Gold. Just inside the gate is a stable to buy a horse.
Enter the house to see it is filled with crates. Each of these crates are activators to "purchase" your furniture and decorations. Each crate requires 500 gold to activate. I wanted this to be an early game player home, so the total cost of the house with all furniture and decorations is 11500 gold. I hope you enjoy this little cabin and don't forget to check the fireplace mantle for a little note.

**NOTE**
The interior of the cabin is not currently navmeshed. You also cannot send your spouse or children there to live. I designed the house to be for player alone. At some point, I may set up a small outbuilding for followers or companions to stay.
Install/Uninstall

I highly recommend using Nexus Mod Manager, Mod Organiser or some other Mod tool for quick easy install and uninstall. Just click the green button labeled "Download with Mod Manager" to install. Uninstall the mod using the uninstall feature of the Manager.
If you still wish to install manually, then simply drag and drop the "Data" folder into your Skyrim Directory. To uninstall manually, delete the .esp.
This mod SHOULD be safe to uninstall mid game, but I never recommend it for any mod.
Known Conflicts

The only conflicts I have noticed are other mods that change the same world space as my mod. Obviously, if you have a player home mod that utilizes the same plot as mine, they will conflict. There is one mod in particular that I use that does cause a minor conflict. That is JK's Riverwood. JK's Riverwood places a bridge crossing the river from the central island. I also placed a bridge there. A simple fix for now is to enter the console by pressing "~" and selecting either bridge and disabling the one you don't want. I may create a patch to fix this at some point.
Another mod I have noticed an issue with is grass mods, such as Verdant Grass. You will notice that the patios and path are overgrown with grasses. I will create a patch to fix that in the near future, at least for Verdant Grass, as that is the one I use. If there is enough interest and requests, I may consider creating patches for other grass mods. All you have to do is ask.
Other than the above listed, I have not found any other conflicts or issues.
Credits

First off, I would like to thank Bethesda for creating such a great game and allowing the community to expand on their vision.
Next, I want to thank the modding community for keeping Skyrim alive for all these years.
I also wish to thank DarkFox127. He has quite a few great tutorials that I would not have been able to accomplish this mod without.
Also, Elianora. She is probably the BEST home designer on the Nexus. I was able to gain much inspiration from her work. Check out her work for Skyrim and Fallout4. Thank you!
InsanitySorrow @ TESAlliance http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/1480-static-armour-stands/& for the use of the Static Armor Stands resource.
Finally, I wish to thank The Nexus. Without all your hard work, we would have no where to showcase our mods.
