I made this mod over the standard weather so do not expect drastic changes. This mod decrease the DOF (Depth of Field) levels, and ajust contrast and color correction to achieve a less overexposed and artificial image, it also gets rid of the "fog" that follows the character, and make the lighting to be evenly distributed, especially at night. Keep in mind that I used my monitor as a reference, the results will vary from screen to screen; but you can use IMAGINATOR to ajust the image to your liking. Feel free to share this mod anywhere, or even make another mod using it as a basis.
High recommended: Dynamically Disable Eye Adaptation and Bloom (Disable only Bloom, not Eye Adaptation!)
