This mod brings in 11 new sharpened versions of vanilla arrows.  These arrows will each do 10 points higher in damage than the vanilla arrows, and can be found on corpses, in shops, and are craftable at smithing forges.  The loot lists and smithing recipes have been done in a way that follows the game progression.  You will not be able to find sharpened daedric arrows, for instance, until you would normally find normal daedric arrows. 

Compatibility:
This mod makes changes to the arrow loot lists for NPCs and vendors, so other mods that do this will likely have conflicts.
Everything else should work perfectly fine with it.
