Hello all, I have fixed a few bugs with Norine, and have heard the cry to remove the HDT High Heels dependency.
The main file for Norine now no longer requires any dependency other than Skyrim 1.9.32.0. Thanks to rjoscher.
Evidently there are users reporting issues with Norine and Amazing Follower Tweaks, my suggestion for solving this is to open up Nexus Mod Manager, find Amazing Follower Tweaks, and uninstall it. Now install Extensible Follower Framework. So many more problems solved : D (JK I don't have plans as of now to attack this issue, but perhaps I will in the future.)
Also all the assets are now in .BSA format. Thanks Ten Million Dollars.
Her looks are fantastic, very sultry. Her fighting needed a bit of a boost, but that's about how all followers come these days. My only problem is not the quality of her dialogue, but the frequency. Sometimes, she repeats the very same line half a dozen times in a row. It does tend to wear on one's nerves. So, until that bug is fixed, I'm afraid she goes on the back burner. Too bad. I was enjoying her quite a lot.
Tried converting it using cathedral. Got some funny results, i.e. no hair, missing the inside of her mouth, but got her dialog... Kind of funny having a green bald alien fallowing you around...
Great work she's an amazing follower. Although if I could make a sugestion if it's possible to tone down the frequency of the idle chatter she has. Like maybe a comment everyfew hours rather than minutes?
I wanted to let you know how much I love the voice and personality that you gave to Norine. You really made her come alive! RopeSander and you did a wonderful job on Norine's comments. I can't imagine Norine with any other voice or personality, and I have no need to either. I hope you both are working on adding more dialogue to Norine for the future. This character concept deserves more attention for sure! Out of the 148 followers that I have, she is in the top 5 list of my favorite followers just as she is. I think Norine has the possibility to be a strong rival to the #1 follower for Skyrim! Keep on keeping on!... and thank you so much for giving Norine life! :)
I truly have to say I'm honored to hear that. I feel bad that I haven't been attentive to my Skyrim hobby. But time is not in the cards for it right now, wish I could say otherwise... I suppose I should also voice concern over further voicing as often the problem months or years down the road is inconsistency with voice samples from KiKi (AMAZINGNESS) Applus, as I'm sure her methods for doing voice acting have changed... I'd hate to throw in new lines that sound so different at their root. But... I do promise when I return to the mod scene I will give effort into this endeavor.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope you do give Norine the attention that she deserves in the future. I will do my best to promote her awesomeness to the world. I think people are afraid to try her because of lore maybe. As a Trekkie I was immediately drawn to Norine and then was totally blown away by her personality, voice and beauty. I fell in love with her and she is now pushing #3 in my follower ranking. As for me, I can't for the life of me understand why one of my top 5 favorite companions, is the least downloaded out of the majority of my companion mods? Makes no sense to me at all? She is not lore breaking in anyway and is among the most unique, beautiful and interesting of the companions that can be downloaded from the Nexus. I say this... look at Skyrim for a moment, it's not earth... It's either in a parallel dimension or in another star system all together with it's two moons. It's not too far fetched at all that an Orion could have some how landed in Skyrim. If Skyrim players really want to enjoy some great voice acting, (KiKiapplus), and dialogue then they need to try Norine out. Thanks again oxox...
Sorry to say I have the same AFT problem reported by other players. If I have Norine installed regardless if she is in my party or not AFT breaks and I can only have 1 follower, if I have more with me the more recent ones walk away and are unresponsive if I try to talk with them. Once I uninstalled Norine and reloaded the save game I could happily recruit multiple followers again. To the best of my knowledge non of my mods alter AFT they are mostly followers and cosmetic mods i.e hair tatooes etc.
I have been inactive with modding for awhile. I am not sure why she would be so repetitive for you, maybe I should have done twice as much idle and environmental awareness dialogue, BUT- I don't recall dealing with anything too annoying. Do many of your followers have a similar issue??? If it's not just mine, you could have some follower related mods messing with your Bizz-Nass.
I am currently on a hiatus from Skyrim and related endeavors. However should I return to the driver's seat I will strongly consider accommodating your request.
I use AFT and things didn't work out for me. Is this something that needs to be fixed or did summoning her using the console break her scripting?
The problem was that I summoned Norine and it took several times to get her to follow, but when she did, my other follower wouldn't follow anymore and yes, I do have multiple followers installed so this problem is new to me as I have never experienced this before.
I have a slightly modified ver of AFT as well (the change has to do with bed types and bed-roll removal, so has no effect otherwise) and had no major issues. Only this I've seen is the Sleep option doesn't work, however I haven't ried all the options since I want to keep her as close to 'as written' as possible.

Which adds MCM option and extends a few things in AFT.
I would suggest that instead of 'summoning' her via the console, simply " coc riftenhaelgasbunkhouse " and recruit her normally. I'll try to test her compatibility with the other follower mods at some point.

correction: all current followers leave except one.I've seen this happen before,it was a good while back so I can't remember what mod caused it.
