It seems that many people are having issues with the latest version of NMM giving the error "An exception occured in the script". I've received a tip about a possible fix: Go into settings and select "add shell extensions for supported file types". Then fully uninstall the mod before trying to install again (not reinstall). Let me know if this works or not. I don't get the error, so I can't test myself.
If it's still not working, I'd appreciate the following info: your OS, your NMM version, your Skyrim install location, your NMM install location, anything else that you know might be peculiar about your system.

You can always install manually, just find the correct .esp file based on the folder names, and copy that into Skyrim\Data.

Lastly, yes, unfortunately the health boosts in this mod prevent you from seeing the dragon's health drop until you reach their vanilla health. It's something that I can't fix.

I never found one of these mods that I felt reliable, many ask for the USSEP, others are loaded with scripts, others add a lot of things, yours seemed fantastic, I started with level 4 to try, the first dragon I found gave me an incredible beating , I'm going to try level 2, thanks for the work and sharing it

I recently found out that this mod isn't 100% compatible with Diverse Dragons 2. Some of the dragons use a custom ability to boost their bite damage, and this mod boosts health by applying a buff to said ability, meaning that the health boost from this mod won't apply to them. The damage buff, however, still works fine. I don't imagine this would be too big of an issue, given that few probably use DD2 anymore, but I was just thinking of doing so just so I could limit the new dragons to appear at specific levels like the vanilla dragons do. In fact, I found this out while I was testing out dd2 and this mod; I found the lunar dragon clearly had no health boost because I could see its health go down from the first hit. It also went down far faster than the lower level dragon I had spawned earlier that very test (the Lunar Dragon I spawned was level 75, the previous one was level 20).

Either way, the mod page does state this is compatible with all versions of diverse dragons, but in reality this isn't completely true (unless you disable the ones that aren't anyway). I've also found that it doesn't have any effect at all on the dragons in the Wyrmstooth mod because strangely none of them use the ability that buffs their bite damage. I was easily able to make a patch myself for dd2, but I don't see anyway to do it for wyrmstooth.

Could it be specified that the damage boost part works fine, but the health boost does not? It does have partial compatibility as best as I can tell, as long as you don't choose to boost health. I discovered this quickly, after that lunar dragon insta-killed me with its breath because I thought it wasn't getting stat boosts at all. This was with a level 81 test character in full dragonplate with the atronach stone.

I noticed while installing this that the option for Alduin says it can double or quadruple the multiplier to other dragons. So does that mean if I say, select x2 for alduin but choose to leave dragons' health at the vanilla value, that Alduin will not get a buff to his health? I'd like Alduin to be more durable than your average dragon, but I'd rather not buff generic dragon's health since I normally play on expert and I'm content with how long it takes to beat them down; I'm just looking to increase their damage so you can't just facetank their breath attacks after about level 10.

Yeah that option is a bit confusing but it will do what you want if you choose the x2 on Alduin and x1 elsewhere

Hello! I installed the mod it is pretty nice. But I have a problem, my dragons don't take damage for a short time at the beginning of the fight, it's only when I hit them about 20 times that they start to take damage. Is it the mod that does this or is it a bug?

      on the first page :

"NOTE: Due to an engine bug, dragon's health bars will not show the increase. Therefore you will not see the health go down until you reach vanilla health levels. For example, if you have 4x Health enabled, you will not see any damage to the dragon's health bar until you bring it down to 25% health."
