Unrelenting Force is buffed to 30. Vanilla is 15.
- It's strong enough to give a 'shock' effect, where it seems like they got rammed by a bus.
- Weak enough not to launch them sky-high.

Sometimes Draugr Deathlords stops in their tracks when hit and launched by the Fire and Frost breath.
Not sure why it happens, It's really rare or it might just be me.
