a little mod I made while getting a feel for the Creation Kit. This amulet grants the powers of all nine religious amulets in one small package. To get this amulet you'll have to get all nine amulets then use a forge to craft them into this one.
Effects are thus:
Magicka regenerates 25% faster
Health is increased by 10 points
Speechcraft is increased by 15 points
Magicka is increased by 10 points
Stamina is increased by 10 points
Restoration spells cost 10% less
Shields block 10% more damage
Prices are 10% better
Time between Shouts is reduced by 75%
So, essentially, everything is the same except for the Shout cooldown time. I buffed that 'cause I hate the loooong cooldown after powerful Shouts. If I want to Shout til I lose my voice I should be allowed to. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this little addition.
UPDATE: I've added another version. The only difference is that the Shout reduction is the normal 20%. So, if you thought the original was OP I've got you covered.
UPDATE 2: due to reports of people being unable to craft the mod due to a bug with a certain Solitude quest, I've added a version with a custom Talos Amulet. Search around Heimskr in Whiterun (he's practically standing on it).
EDIT: I'm adding this due to some discussion in the comments about a similar mod.If ya want a bit more challenge (like a quest attached) I would recommend this mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6539 It's author managed to make this idea a reality first, I think he deserves some recognition.
