I love Lakeview Manor, it's my most favorite player home. But I hated that I couldn't have the
kitchen and the library at the same time. Then I realized, the only reason I even wanted the
kitchen wing is the baking oven. And the only other options out there were pre-made kitchens and
all of them basically remodeled the back room and defeated the whole purpose of build your own home
that is Lakeview's theme.

I soon found out WHY them mods existed like that. You can't really add furniture to the workbench.
Moving the built furniture doesn't work even though it is possible to move the attatched clutter.
So through trial and error, I gave up on the back room then looked at the main hall itself. The
oven was too big to sit next to the fireplace itself, however, it would fit right between the two
doors that serve as the library/armory/kitchen doors. Hence this mod was born.
I attached the Oven's appearance to when you build the fireplace. But I also wanted to keep it
balanced. So I looked up the kitchen's oven material cost, and tacked them onto the fireplace
as well.

Default Fireplace Costs:
1 Sawn Log
4 Quarried Stone

Default Kitchen Oven Cost:
2 Clay
3 Quarried Stone

The new Fireplace cost:
1 Sawn Log
2 Clay
7 Quarried Stone

The Oven functions, and is properly navmeshed so followers wont be walking through it either. I tested
the oven in game when I took the screenshot. My character's animations played, and the full oven
menu appeared and I was free to bake the oven's goods. I also use another main hall mod, and this mod
did not clash with it.
