About this mod

This is a still incomplete work in progress mod that adds a playable centaur race to Skyrim. The Centaurs use custom animations, however due to limitations, only the standard and One-Handed combat animations work since making the rest would require a larger team effort. There are a few bugs present, but the mod can be used as a resource.

The mod adds a prototype centaur race to Skyrim with custom animations and is basically the first step for our little team in hoping to bring new kinds of creatures to Skyrim.

WARNING AND HELP WANTED: This mod is still in the Alpha stage so there are still some bugs and its animations are still incomplete, so many are recycled. As such, the only working animations are the standard ones like idles, walking, etc and the One-Handed combat animations, and even some of these are still a bit incomplete and require more refining. The Centaur can also not be used indoors yet due to collision issues (Can now be used indoors!). Because we are a very very small team, we don't have enough time or resources to complete all the needed animations so we need more animations and animators willing to help us, so if you are interested in teaming up with us and helping us finish the mod then feel free to apply and contact us or one of our teammates if interested. Basic experience in 3DS max is suggested but not necessary as we're willing to teach you everything you would need to know about animations. So again, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to work with you or teach you what we know in hopes of helping to complete the mod.

Update: There is now a FNIS patch for our centaur race.  Just drag and drop the file into your Skyrim folder and then follow the FNIS steps listed on the download.
