Honestly, i want to endorse this mod, it looks and sounds good, but i cant due to the fact it requires you to erase your progress and start over EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Every time you want the vendor to have new items, it wont work even if you haveint even entered the soul cairn yet. Heres a suggestion, put the items in his vendor inventory before you enter the area, it doesint need a new game to do so, otherwise im inclined to just give myself the items via the additemenu mod.
It's quite unfair to be obliged to start a new game just for that... so you can also go to the merchant, loose 25 soul husks for each object you want, and then get the object using the console. Eventually check their names with tes5edit, or use a mod to extract the objects from a mod. I was just curious about the "conjure keeper" spell, I'll have to test it during a fight, but it's impressive for sure !
Figures I happen upon this mod mid-game. If there's one thing I can't stand about Morven, it's that he tends to give me spells I already know. Well either way I'll download and endorse because it changes one of the least thought-out NPC's in the game.
He meant that he hasn't started it yet. I myself will also test this out to see. Hoping it will work as I have started a new playthrough recently and don't want to start over again.

Is the patch in the files just a way not to have to run that patcher, or is it required in addition for some reason I am not aware of?

And I love the weapons too!
What if we haven't started the Dawnguard questline yet?
Edit: requires a hard new save.
