I was having an issue where anytime I closed and reopened the game, the mod is reset as if I just added it to my save. (Items would be removed from my inventory, and world items would be reset). I just fully uninstalled and removed the mod and added it back, so if anyone else has the same issue, that's my advice lol
Same for me . The capes are beautiful ; i have tried the two versions ( crafting only ) and with the hdt meshes , my capes have no physics . I have skse and hdt .
Would you mind retexuring one of the tattered cloaks to solid black burlap? I've done an extensive search for tattered cloaks and you've done a stellar job. Just seeking one without supporting the demons or gods of Nirn haha. Solid black would go great with my blackened Daedric armor. I tried retexturing it myself but it loses the tattered mesh if I use the black burlap texture from Cloaks of Skyrim. I'm not sure how to get it on there while maintaining its tattered look.
I was trying to add this to a merged mod that I have with a heap of other item mods, and Merge Plugins Standalone reports that there's an error in the tint layers for the Breton NPC (DaedricCloaksNPCMeridia02). I can probably fix it with TES5Edit, but thought I should let you know anyway.

I checked this too. Apparently these need to be corrected before merging but you need the correct tint layer value to replace them which you can do in TES5edit - but the Breton is an added character. The tint layers could be replaced with the generic race tint layer index I believe.
Cool mod :) I wonder, did you create those symbols yourself, or where did you find them? I've googled daedric prince symbols and couldn't really find anything.
