Hi. I'm afraid I'm getting crashes when using the oven with this mod installed. I've tested with/without the mod and the CTD happens reliably with it installed. Specifically, the crash happens when I scroll towards the end of the oven's food list. I can't tell which specific food might be causing it, but my Crash Fixes always logs this error: "Game has crashed while reading binary data stream! This could indicate a corrupt NIF file. Here are the last opened files starting from most recent ..." And the most recent file is always \DATA\MESHES\clutter\food\mtcfood\fruitcakeslice.nif.
I have tried redownloading and reinstalling. No luck. Could you look into this? I love this mod and don't want to go back to playing without it. I'm a recipe fanatic in ESO and I really want these same foods in my Skyrim :)
Mtcfood is a mod resource. If one could track down the resource, they might be able to get the original uncorrupted nif.
MTC was a title used by Nernie, who made a number of mods for Oblivion. From what I could Google, this same resource was used in some version of CACO or Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul from 2016. The credits in the CACO readme mention thanks to "Nernie for resources from Nernies City and Village Expansion". This resource is also mentioned on the page for this mod, ESO Provisioning.
The CACO page and this mod has a link to Nernies City and Village Expansion https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22959/
After downloading and looking in the file, it indeed contains the original mtcfood folder and the fruitcakeslice.nif
Anyone else having texture issues? I have HQ ingredient 1.6 texture pack installed but don't think it's causing an issue. The textures are messed up for some of the soups and cooked foods. If I find a solution, I'll update.
I'm curious - any thoughts on compatibility with mods like Hunterborn or Frostfall? Like certain foods can make you feel warm (for Frostfall) and some animal materials can be used as an ingredient (Hunterborn).
