I have always been in love with Riverwwood and his peaceful , natural life . So i have tried a lot of houses there but was never satisfied . Some of them had beautiful interiors , some were too sophisticated , some were outside the village , and others were ugly or bugged . This one is perfect , nicely simple , very well-integrated in Riverwood , charming , with a lot of useful objects and a beautiful lighting . It's definitely my Riverwood home . ( and all the markers work perfectly - have you added one for Sigrid ? i had never noticed a " sit ledge " there ) . Thank you , endorsed , i add screenshots .
I like the house, not to big, with plenty of storage, but why is there no diningtable in the main room or a workbench in the basement, they now look like dancefloors
Is there a reason for the house to be infested with a plague? I’ve never heard of Skyrim, or Any of TES having a plague break-out, but it is Immersive given the mediæval-esque age of Tamriel. Does this house need RND* to work? I personally am not in a place, at this time to feel the need for such immersion, so the house would be useless. Is there a quest to rid the house of this? Is it infectious just by visiting there or does one have to sleep there? Is the house one giant fomite, giving a percentage chance to catch the plague the longer you stay there? Can it be removed by using the Talos shrine within?
Other than these questions, I think the house looks great. Fantastic location, the house is very immersive in the fact of architecture.
Beautiful.
I am concerned about the plague infecting the house though. I'm surprised no one else has asked these questions before.

Very cool house and it's location is great, but the dædra weapons and armors break the immersion at the beginning of the game, this is my opinion. And as someone else told, I also lost a lot of valuables that i stored inside.
Very nice house location, nice lighting inside, good and big job. Idle markers - too many for this small project. So many idle markers are not working positively if you stay in the house for some time, it's all quickly getting inconvenient.
Beds don't give well rested bonus, only rested. Getting well rested at Breezehome though. Don't make the mistake of storing potions and herbs in those alchemy satchels as they were all gone after coming back from killing Alduin. Hundreds of them I'd been saving since starting a new game, now at level 45. Had to go back to older save and re-do several long quests. Never happened on other play throughs when storing in satchels at Hearthfire homes. Don't know if they're bugs or not.
I'd prefer the grinding wheel in the basement though, easier for smithing not to have to run up and down the stairs so much Don't think I'd put any Daedric Armor inside either, but that's just me. Endorsed anyway because the location is perfect when starting a new game and best of all it's free.
Great house mod, but could i ask for a patch to work together with Jk Skyrim? Having both installed results in having a carriage blocking the entrance in the house...

I hope, you try.
Thanks for your critism.
