Hi there @ZwabberdieBo! I followed the instructions and I'm fairly sure I've done everything right but for some reason on game load I keep getting CTD, before you ask if I downloaded Dirext X 9 Runtimes, I have. Also downloaded Direct X Developer kit and still nothing? I've done all the INI files and put the ENB files where they should all go, I've also got Vivid weathers and ELE installed, It's not any other mod I have installed either and everything is compatible? I'd really, REALLY, REALLY appreciate your help :) Thanks so much! By the way, this enb looks outstanding and I can't wait to try it!!

      Hi Robert,

Well.. a CTD on game load is common if you are missing mandatory files. You could google for it too.

      Common checks:

      - did you run LOOT yet? it tells you if mods are missing that your current mods rely on
      - did you check your save game for loose scripts? You can clean them.. or install the mod "Quick Start" and begin a new game to see if that works
      - some mods my be conflicting (but you say you only have those 2)
      - check your enblocal.ini against my version. Be sure you configure the memory settings to your own GPU (usually 4096 will work)
      - too many textures or animations can also cause a CTD
      - did you change your SkyrimPrefs.ini with the settings on the description page? sometimes you can have multiple skyrimprefs.ini (search for them and change them both)

      Good luck
      Marcel

Hello! Thanks for your fantastic ENB.
I love its blue sky and water.

but i have a problem with brightness.
In daytime with clear weather, snow and other light colored floor and etc(like charactor skin) become too bright.

    Adjusting [DirectLightingIntensityDay] has no effect.
    Can you help me plz?

It is due to the textures used to tweak this ENB. As it has a lot of bloom, you may want to use darker textures.
Try this for your snow: http://www.mediafire.com/file/82fyaug31e8rdh8/4K_Quality_Snow_HD_Dark-49011-1-1-2.rar
For skin textures: use a darker skin than Fair Skin, use a darker color in RaceMenu, or tweak the Sub-Surface Settings in the ENB in-game menu.
For regular textures.. use (for example) Noble Skyrim.. it uses darker textures for wood, floors, etc.

Hi, first of all, thank you for wonderful ENB preset. Love it.
However i face one problem, that i yet found a way to overcome. While some other people complain that preset is too bright, i have an opposite problem.
In the interiors a lot of NPC have their faces almost black, even in rooms with quite a lot of light.

Can you please advice me how to overcome that issue? Which settings i should change?
Already lowered WhiteLevel for interiors to 0,700, that solved for me problem with some really dark corners in the rooms. But it seems that for NPC there is entirely separate settings?

I'm having the same problem as you lol. The first time I launched game with this enb I almost thought I had a dark face bug when I saw my dragonborn's dark brown face

I've been using this ENB since it first came out.  After about a hiatus of a year from Skyrim, I reinstalled this ENB recently and having the same issue.  Something has changed the lighting values (? not sure if this is quite the right term) of shade and shadows.  I've tried different things to fix it, but if anyone knows how to fix it or what's causing it, I'd like to know.

I really like this enb, however, I use an enb in skyrim special edition that gives a letterbox effect that I really like. Can this be done with this enb?

Uh... so I have been using this ENB for a while now. My friend loved how it looked so I came back here to send him a link.. The reason I'm even mentioning this is that he pointed out this is for reg Skyrim and not SSE. I've been using this on SSE all this time! lol

So I mean is it not supposed to work or something? I was thinking maybe there was an SSE version previously, but the link sent me directly here.

Okay, fantasy. But it is very dark - in the interiors. I will be happy if you have a preset with lighter interiors

Really wish there was a SSE version. I've tried many different ones on SE but nothing come close to this.

No sse enb would ever come close to what oldrim enb's can achieve because sse works on directx11 and many enb effects are only meant to work with directx9
