It always bugged me that Markath didn't have a wood chopping block. Now it does.

Located just below the smith near the mines.

Note: If you are adding this to an existing save, make sure your character is not in Markath when you activate the mod or at least not outside. As long as you are in a different cell or world space, it should work fine.
