About this mod
This hideout is compatible with Hearthfire multiple adoptions mod . Room for up to 2 kids and 2 followers or max. 4 followers. Home provides Well Rested perk gain 10% more experience, Lover's comfort 15% more experience and Father's/Mother's Love bonus, 25% additional effect when using healing potions.

This hideout can provide Well Rested perk gain 10% more experience, Lover's comfort 15% more experience ( If spouse is with you), and Father's/Mother's Love bonus, 25% additional effect when using healing potions (if children move here).
There is room for two kids and two followers or four follower by use of a toggle change assignment switch. The main entrance is a secret Mage statue door in front of the college, and the key is in an urn behind the statue. As far as the game and NPCs are concern the Mage Statue is the main door.
The hideout is player owned and a no reset zone. Players have containers and linked containers for safe storage. It also provides crafting for cooking, baking, smithing, alchemy, enchanting, spider scrolls and staff making. The player gets three areas: Crafting area, Display area and Living area. The player can display claws, mask, black books and scrolls. The Hideout also includes a return home spell, change appearance mirror, a teleporter, and 8 byoh planters.
Hearthfire multiple adoptions is a mod that allows you to move in your spouse and kids here. Download this mod and install along with Winterhold College Hideout. Cast the spell "Bless Home". Now adopt a kid and tell them to move into your new home.
My Home Is Your Home - MHIYH lets you move your followers into Winterhold Hideout. You can assign them sleeping time.
A patch is provided to allow the hideout to access Hobo storage from the mod Cloud Storage with Crafting Centers https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/96756
