I decided a long time ago that being an agent for the Legion was not enough... And the equipment  you're awarded for promotions felt... Lacking.

In real historical Rome, the spec-ops known as "Arcani" or "Frumentarii" were legionnaires or loyal soldiers/auxiliaries who went behind enemy lines to wreak havoc.

Since in the campaign (should you join the legion) you do the same thing, I figured it was time to have armor that fit. The Penitus Oculatus armor is already black, but this version has added Stealth bonuses for agent-action.

Nothing more or less. Can be crafted at any blacksmith once you have Steel Smithing.
