About this mod

Give your spouse some fresh air. Expands the vanilla spouse schedule, allowing them to have their daily routine inside the town.

Spouse daily routine

This simple mod adds a routine for your spouse when moved into your house inside a city. (Doesn't concern Hearthfire homes, since they are already allowed to go out for those locations)
. Instead of going round in circles inside the house, they will now go out, go to market, wander, eat/drink at the tavern, etc. And came back home at night to sleep.

If you have adopted children living in the same town, the spouse will stop going to the tavern and will stay at home instead.

Your spouse won't lose his/her marriage dialogue while performing their routine : Even if you meet him/her inside the tavern or at the market, you can still ask for your homecooked meal, how business is faring, and how are the kids.

The mod is only working with the main game vanilla houses (Breezehome, Honeyside, Proudspire Manor, Hjerim, and Vlindrel Hall).


Optional

Optional flower basket : - Default, all females spouses will carry a flower basket when patrolling in the town streets.
                              - Both genders, males spouses will also carry one when patrolling.
                              - No basket, your spouse will never carry a flower basket, regardless of gender.

Optional alternate child routine : This option will adjust the child schedule to better fit with the spouse one. Additionaly, children will follow the spouse when he/she browse the market on morning. NOTE : this option will edit the children's scheduler quest and will not be compatible with others adoption mods or custom player homes.


Compatibility

The mod is only adding more packages to the spouse routine (which is, in vanilla, only to perform a sandbox inside the house). Added packages are only using already placed markers.

Mods editing the "RelationshipMarriageFIN" quest will more likely conflict.

The mod is not using any script. TES5Edit Cleaned.
Compatible with Immersive Citizens.

After installing, your spouse should instantly start his/her new routine, but it may be necessary to wait a few hours in-game for the spouse to completely evaluate their new packages. I know some vanilla marriageable NPCs in the game may be bugged and will remain in their original location instead of moving in your house ; If this happen, it's more likely a bug from the main game and not from my mod.


The mod requires Hearthfire (For compatibility only).

Spouse's schedule (shared for all houses)

8:00AM to 13:00PM - Browse the market
13:00PM to 3:00PM - Eat at the local tavern (at home if you have children)
3:00PM to 6:00PM - Patrol in the streets of the town
6:00PM to 9:00PM - Eat at the local tavern (at home if you have children)
11:00PM to 7:00AM - Sleep
