    If you are using Holds The City Overhaul by Galandil, this home mod will not work, and there is no solution. The reason is becuase Holds puts a building called Tundra Rest in the cell 3,-4 which is the cell where my house is. This building Tundra Rest is actually on top of my house.

    If you are using Draven Manor don't download this home mod. Draven Manor has its stables in cell 3,-4. My mod is in cell 3,-4. With Tes5edit you can check your mods to see if they have objects in 3,-4. That would be an easy way to find out if you want to download a mod.

    If you have Whiterun Market, this mod is not compatible. Whiterun Market modifies 3, -4 and uses 3,-4 as its main location.


    There is a mod conflict with Elysium Estate as well. Elysium changes landscape in cell 3,-4. Likewise, there is landscape changes 2,-4 in Whiterun Home esp that affect Elysium. All of this can be seen using Tes5Edit. It seems that the best action is to NOT select two houses that share the same Nav boundary.

    Per TMPhoenix of Hearthfire Multiple Adoption Mod:

    When adopting more than two kids, there is a possibility that some kids will never go to sleep, because they searched for a bed and found the wrong bed first, and they stop search for a new bed. Maybe one of the reasons the designers made it only two kids for adoption.

    I have changed the beds so that each has their own ID. There are plenty of Xmarkers for kids. Hopefully, the kids will notice there are multiple beds and choose one that was not assigned.

    Write me a post if each kid finds their own bed easily.

    Love this house!!! I only have one problem. The dragon scroll won't go in the rack. Everything else works perfectly, but when I try to put the dragon scroll in the rack it says I don't have the required item. Anyone know a fix for this? Other than that....endorsed!!!!

      Sorry you are having problems. That script hasn't changed. I tested it and it is still working. I'm guessing there is a mod interference. I just uploaded this mod version 6.4 with loose data files. Loose scripts typically have a higher priority, and over ride any loose script conflict. You can also try placing the mod lower in your load order.

      Again, I'm not having any problems with it taking the Dragon, Sun and Blood.

      I figured it probably was a conflict with another mod. I'll try your suggestion. Thank you for the help. If all else fails, I'll just sell it. :D

      Found a fix!!!!
      Tried what you suggested, but it didn't work. Did a little research. Turns out there are two different ID codes for the Dragon Elder Scroll. There is the one for the non-dawnguard game and one for the dawnguard game. For some reason, most likely another mod or a Skyrim bug, I had the non-dawnguard elder scroll in my inventory, even though I acquired it with Serena doing the dawnguard quest line, so I did a test. Found the code for the Dragon Elder Scroll via Dawnguard, which was 020126dc on my game. I console commanded that one into my inventory, and that one went onto the rack just fine. Then I sold the original one, which had the code of 0002d513, and sold that to Urog (Spelling) at the College of Winterhold.
      I made some gold, and my collection of displayed Elder Scrolls is complete.
      Hope this helps anyone who may run into the same problem.

    Just a heads up. If using the same cell as Elysium Estate, this could conflict with Ebonvale.

    Great mod, I'm addicted to house mods, you name it and I've broken my game with it. I've never left a comment on any mods that I've used because they're the popular ones most people have in their load order but I needed to endorse and comment this to say great job. Only this and one other house mod have impressed me ("candle pond ranch hearthfire edition" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40386 for those who are curious) Your house mod has everything you need, the important displays are there and no game breaking amount of mannequins are added. One small thing I would add would be the two extra kids beds as mentioned in other comments (random suggestion: how about making both the rooms kid rooms with 3 beds each and placing another small house like the size of Ysolda's house on the property as a guest house for followers?) Thanks for giving the option to change those to normal beds though, I think i'm just going to convert this into the main hub for me and my followers and stick the family in a random remodeled vanilla house and never visit them (father of the year, I know). Just wanted to say thanks, hope the endorsement helps more people see this and I hope you keep modding.

    After spending countless hours on the Dependent models, I have decided to scrap them. They were a lesson in overdoing it. The mods had too many custom meshes and textures so that when added with Cloud Storage crafting centers five locations became too much for some processors.

    The new method is best. Took the stand alone version then added an optional patch so that players could access the Hobo linked containers, get soap effect and chicken feeding, animation which is part of the crafting centers.

    I have hidden my other home mods for a while now so that I could come up with the best solution which ended up being a simple patch. The Cloud Storage with Crafting centers https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/96756 will be changed to a simple esp so that Loot can easily sort it.

    I would like to hear some feedback for users.

    What typically happens is one mod overwrites the navmesh and landscape elevation of the other mod because exterior is one big world space.

    I will try to look at this mod next week. If I can I'll make a patch for it.
     


    Thankyou very much the mod is https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/81910/ I dont use ETAC but it was the most current version of Whiterun outskirts market to use.that would be great if you could scoot it over alittle bit and again you did a great job on making this.the home fits all my needs i would hope for thx again

      I have examined it, and scooting it over isn't going to solve the major problem. The major problem is two overlapping navmeshes in cell 3, -4. The cell 3,-4 is my exterior cell with location data aaawhiterunhomeexterior, which is needed for BYOH Player home location data. Whiterun Market claims cell 3,-4 as its main location. It makes major changes to navmesh 3,-4 as its primary cell location. The market takes up two cells as it primary location: 3,-4 and the cell behind it.

      NPCs will be very confused with both loaded because of the overlapping navmesh. This is not a minor change. A patch may not work well and could periodically crash the game mainly because the area to change is really big.

      The only really safe way with these two is remove Navmesh from both then merge the two files.

    This is such a awesome mod! A perfect medium-sized home with a few extras, but not a palace. I probably would have stuck the indoor entry to the basement/armory below the kitchen behind a hidden panel (like the wardrobe entrance to Delphine's panic room at the Sleeping Giant Inn, or the entrance to the Thieves' Guild) but that's just me.
    One thing that has happened during the last few playthroughs though is that everything from food to potions to weapons and armor in the safe storage are now marked "steal" and taking them is stealing. Is there any way I can fix that? Should I just reinstall the mod?

    Anyway, thanks for the awesome mod!

      Need to ask do you have a mod that allows followers to live in your home?

      Did you use the line "This is your new Home"?

      Sounds like ownership was transferred. That could only be done with a quest.

      I use the line this is our new base inform the others. That works well. I'm guessing this was only in the armory?

      Can you sleep in the Master Bed?

      There is a set ownership console command that could be used to reset containers. Not the best approach. Check with the mod designer for the "my home is your home. There could be a line that resets it back to you.

      Keep me posted. I really would like to know how it happened. Both the Manor and Armory were set ownership "Player's Faction" from the original design. This was so that "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" could work in this home.

      The armory is a separate cell. The reason for the mage door is to cutdown loading time to once. This home kit whiterun doesn't have a basement kit. It is really a pain to make it one cell. I did make the small cottages one cell but it wasn't easy.

      I just uploaded a new version. The new version changed owner player faction to player. Who knows we might be dealing with a mod conflict that doesn't see the player as part of player's faction.

      I tried the "Bless this home spell" from Hearthfire mod, and I used "My home is your home mod" and it worked. Again, I tell the follower it is home base and never give them the house.
