adds in an extra loot chest . its directly next to the main secure chests in major areas. and next to every Myrad (except the Myrad in the south quarter)

this can be useful for many reasons. i use it for storing stuff i want to sell

i use my secure chest for things i want to keep like quest items and set items and skill books. this extra chest can be used just for valuable junk you don't want getting mixed into your good keep items.
