COVERS GLACIERS FLOATING AND STANDING, FLOES, AND PILES (SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED)
This is a semi-transparent glacier with parallax multilayer + parallax bump mapping making pieces look solid 3d (hand-paint parallax) with no parallax stretches from flat 2d image:

All the meshes are tweaked individually & use unique textures for maximum variety. Covered both glaciers and floes (with piles and rubble - about 30 edited meshes). White glacier but with detail, alot of ice cracks. Each single pile is unique and different. Floes/piles/rubble use alot of different textures than glacier.

perfomance: alot of stuff for the first time have been resized down below vanilla levels, glaciers don't need them so I don't like waste. Same goes for internal layers.

piles:

Mesh is a tweaked Mindlux that he made after my request on enbdev. GaiusFatCat has given me animated meshes to compliment the mod. I have remade a mesh as in P.G. mod (glaciertrim)

Requirements:

HD LODs for white lods of glacier
~ Other requirements are soft and can be ignored, however they look great (check forum FAQ), I do recommend a realistic enb for pumping alot of light during the day
also reflection outdoor settings and good specularity settings in enbseries, advanced enbs should cover this well.

~ Like with all newly installed texture mods it's best to be in an area without such texture then load the area afresh, or let it CTD  few times so the cache will clear (it's a fail safe: didn't happen on my setup on won't happen to you, just a general rule valid for all textures/mods)
~ If u stutter resize the mod, the different in quality is substancial between 2k and 1k (thank Bethesda meshes), less so between 4k and 2k, u can remove steveo_p for more perfomance so the mod will not use parallax (which is heavier than modern tesselation)

FAQ and Information detailed

early version 1.6:

                                                                                                                              Compatibility:

DRAGONBORN: the mod will not be displayed correctly in dragonborn - matte instead of transparent. But will work
MINDFLUX MESHES or PROJECT GLACIER

Do not overwirght my meshes with Mindflux already included, or any other mesh, ask publicly on comment section I know folder structure by the book (as of now, I might forget in few years).

P.G. compatibility mesh is available and will work well with this (2.9) and older versions, 3.0 is not compatible because piles link to new stuff

REALISTIC WATER TWO

it seems there is a RW2 bug with animated iceberg included in glacierslab mod (imported from P.G. mod), it seems the only and one glacier (and place: in the whiterun area in the skies: https://www.imageupload.co.uk/image/Dque) doing this, so I'd suggest hit console, then click on it, disable and then markfordelete - it should be gone forever

or delete the conflicting mesh : landscape\ice\icebergsmall01_anim.nif (as I said it just conflicts in one spot in the game above whiterun so I suggest to use console as mentioned above)

if you feel you have problems with screen image go into color correction settings of enb series:
Spoiler:

[COLORCORRECTION]

and increase brightness or decrease values by small amount i.e. 2
ex.
Brightness=12

just don't overdo or all bright objects will be too bright.

I recommend other enb particle patches by Mindflux http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1499

another thing to try:
go into enbseries.ini and put lower values for night/day/dawn/dusk sections in particles (especially night), (ignore weather system must be set to true to further enhance the fix: do that as last resort and consult with enb author), example:

[PARTICLE]
IgnoreWeatherSystem=true
IntensitySunrise=0.5
IntensityDay=0.70
IntensitySunset=0.60
IntensityNight=0.25
IntensityInteriorDay=0.8
IntensityInteriorNight=0.8
LightingInfluenceSunrise=1.0
LightingInfluenceDay=1.0
LightingInfluenceSunset=1.0
LightingInfluenceNight=1.0
LightingInfluenceInteriorDay=1.10
LightingInfluenceInteriorNight=1.10
IntensityDawn=0.8
IntensityDusk=0.8
LightingInfluenceDawn=1.0
LightingInfluenceDusk=1.0

other things to try:
1)bloom, lightintesity controllers in enbseries.ini.
2) download paint.net, it has dds support, open glacierslab, move brightness contrast slider left or right (increments of 5 units), save as dtx5 interpolated alpha dds format.

shimmer or noise problem on ice:
Spoiler:

shadow noise around the edges:

increase filtering quality to 0 (Shadows' section, enbseries)

SHIMMERING NOISE on ice (SSAO section, enbseries):

setting only "SamplingPrecision" to high eliminates shimmering while the other two quality settings can be low or medium
disabling SSAO-SSIL definitely also kills all shimmering/noise.

Resources
~ Animated glacier mesh is from P. G. by Gaius FaT Cat, all other meshes are directly from Mindflux.
Since 2.7.4. added steveo's diffuse icefloes.dds from Y.A.L.O. (made new normal for it) and tweaked diffuse called steveo.dds.
~ Apart steveo.dds in 2.7.4. and onwards,  all diffuses/normalmaps are tweaked by me (source Genetica 4.0 by spiralgraphics textures or Bethesda SSE). alpha is made from nothing, normalmap parts are tweaked/painted.

The normals have injected Dyndolod beautiful random artifacts. What others consider garbage I consider beauty.

~ Mindlux meshes included in Misc as standalone mod for usage only with other mods - they bring out detail lost with SSS or sun - vanilla or enb. That's why I included them in my mod. For instance they allow to see the transparency better and the making of a white glacier instead of dark grey as it was until now.

my take on ENB/Skyrim performance Guide: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/79057?

plz be patient, this is landscape overhaul of large scale, very difficult to keep working togheter (WIP but a working one), I also don't have the possibility to test this on vanilla or other enbs than mine.

Thx to Nexus board/''mods'':
