   no offence, but in terms of lore and time 5k gold is also hella much, and by lore and time I mean sort of middle age of Tamriel

      Interesting.. I've always hated how easy it is to snatch up a house in Skyrim. It's really hard to live the life of a wildling if you can buy property after a single dungeon raid.
      
      Any plans to increase the cost of land, like Lakeview?

      I probably will do a hearthfire edition, maybe even tonight as it will only take a couple of minutes.

      I don't mean to steal your thunder, but there already is a mod that does all this one does: Investment Price Config.
      
      Maybe you could focus on investments that are not covered by that mod.

      Except that it requires Hearthfire (unless I missed a hearthfire free version?) and not everyone has it. It does however makes it useless to me to do a hearthfire mod since that mod does that feature already. Thanks for pointing it out though, I will now use it myself. I am not looking to really expand on this one as it was just a quick mod that I did and I am busy with other projects.
