Doesn't seem to be working anymore. I only get a blank window when opening it.

edit: it seems like it takes a long time to load, and there's no indication that it's working.

The idea behind this mod is a good one. I'm an inveterate hoarder, and often I only realise how much junk I'm accumulating when I'm suddenly told I can't run any more! Anything which can help categorise my junk and help me to sell it, store it or do whatever I need to do with it is very useful.

However, as has been mentioned already, the mod is limited by the awkward way it has to be accessed, through the MCM menu. If it could be hot-keyed it would be much more convenient. (I realise that this limitation isn't your fault Utopium.) Also, even when my inventory is fairly empty, the mod seems to take at least ten seconds to add up my items - this seems a long time. The first time I tested the mod after installation I thought I had messed up the install and broken it!

Still, good marks for thinking up a useful function, and writing the mod. As it has such a small footprint I will be keeping it installed. I'll also endorse the mod and keep it tracked, in case you find a way to make it a bit more convenient and streamlined in the future. Good luck!

I just spent some time looking into creating an SKSE plugin that would perform the calculations more efficiently and it did indeed perform the calculations much faster, but they were unfortunately inaccurate. Some items such as potions and enchanted weapons/armor don't store their values in a typical manner as other items and I am unable to easily figure out how to obtain that value in an SKSE plugin. In this case I would prefer to choose accuracy over speed since it can be important to see the correct values in order to make decisions about what to do with items. So it looks like people with just have to live with this being a little bit slow. Sorry. I may eventually figure out a way to make it both fast and accurate, but don't expect something like that anytime soon.

This is not a utility that I am going to be using THAT often that a few extra seconds for it to accurately calculate my inventory is going to bother me. I was stunned to see how much all those potions, books and gems I carry around weighed, so I plan to get rid of a lot of them. Then I will check once in a while. So speed doesn't matter to me.

      Endorsed.

I'm such a pack-rat and almost always overburdened by junk that I desperately need this in my life. Definitely going to try it out.

How script heavy is this little gem? I am guessing it only runs when you hit the MCM menu?

This has absolutely zero impact on the game. It will only calculate stats when you open the MCM menu which might be a little slow if you have a lot of items in your inventory, but otherwise no scripts ever run in your game with this mod.

You always make the most useful mods <3 my only question is can it be set to a hot key, because I can't be bothered to go into my mcm menu and scroll through the hundreds of mods I have to get to this screen, if I can just push a button and have it pop up the stats, that would be super useful.

Unfortunately SkyUI does not allow you to jump directly into MCM menus. No way around this without doing a lot of ActionScript work which I really don't have the free time to do.
