Follower Cruel English Version
This is an English translation of the follower mod Cruel by AzuAudacious.
The original mod is required. This is just an .esp with English strings. It contains nothing of the original mod's assets.

I'm not a screen-archer by any means—the images I add are only for the purpose of showing dialogue examples—so feel free to add pictures! Preferably nothing too lewd, though. Also, my rig isn't cut out for videos, so I'd be grateful (and I'm sure Azu would as well) if anyone could make one.
Follower Details
Cruel is a necromancer-in-training who didn't get along with her family. As her arts are persecuted by the people of Skyrim, she chose to live in seclusion inside crypts and ruins. One day, she decided to come to the College of Winterhold, hoping that she'd be able to hone craft without being shunned by others. However, she failed the entrance test, and was refused entry.
She has a custom Japanese voice and will comment based on circumstances such as where she is, what kind of enemy she's facing, and so on. You can also ask her about herself and the spells she uses. With regards to quests, she currently only has comments about the love triangle in Riverwood, but Azu said he plans to add more content gradually.
(As befitting a necromancer, some of her lines may be a bit on the dark or misanthropic side. Nothing too dark, but I haven't been a minor for quite some years now, so I'm not sure what'd be 'acceptable' or not. I set the file as "adult-only" just to be on the 'safe' side.)
In combat, she uses custom spells (see below), all based on necromantic arts. She will heal you if your health falls below 50%. If you have a follower, she can heal them, too. However, this is limited to one follower; if you have multiple followers with you, she will only heal one of them. It should also be noted that she checks faction parameters as targets for her healing, so she won't heal certain special followers like Serana and Cicero.

In my opinion, she's a bit OP. I run a pretty rough balance, with a level 117 mage and such mods as Enemy Enhancer and Genesis making me face a lot of enemies with 2000-4000 HP on average, but I personally would rather not have OP followers. YMMV. For those who think alike, I've provided two alternate versions that nerf her strength.
The original mod is no longer available here, so permission issues for the original are no longer my concern. For my translated esp, do what you want with it. Reupload, redistribute, convert to SSE or upload it for Xbone/PS4 users (but remember, you need the original mod), use it as a base to translate to other languages—feel free to. No need to ask first. I only ask that you do not charge for access if you reupload the file as-is somewhere.

Installation
- Download the original mod. (No longer available on Nexus.)
- Extract the contents of the archive into Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data
- Pick and download one file from this page (see below for the differences between versions).
- Extract into your Data folder and replace the original esp.
- Activate FL Cruel Re.esp in your load order and play.
Uninstallation
- Deactivate FL Cruel Re.esp.
- Delete all files associated with the mod.
- (Optional) Use a tool like Savegame Script Scalpel or Save Game Script Cleaner to clean up the residue.
Spells
- Death Command: projectile. Reanimates a corpse up to level 100 and grants it increased regeneration.
- Ghost Substitute: self. Grants increased armour rating and health regeneration.
- Heart Bomb: projectile. Deals AOE fire damage.
- Severed Head Bomb: projectile. Deals AOE frost damage.
- Sinister Healing: concentration. Heals herself or an ally over time.
- Summon Burnt Corpse: projectile. Summons either a spellcaster Draugr, a melee Draugr, a Skeleton, or a Falmer.*
- Summon Grandma: projectile. Summons a powerful Hagraven with fire and frost spells.
- Wailing Souls: concentration. Deals damage over time.
*She will only summon these when her health falls below 20% and she retains the human skull in her inventory.

- Nerfed the Falmer's Extra Damage perk from 2.5 damage to 1.5.
- Reduced Cruel's level cap from 100 to 70.
- Reduced the Hagraven's level cap from 100 to 50.
- Reduced both Draugr's level cap from 100 to 60.
- Reduced the Falmer's level cap from 100 to 50.
- Reduced the Skeleton's level cap from 100 to 40.
